Refund policy

The Orbit Line

We accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or preference
  • Items used or worn
  • Final sale items or gift cards

Return Approval

All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
